Spent our 2024 Spring break at shoreline towers. Very nice place, in the process of some upgrades. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beach was adult and family friendly. Great walking distance to some restaurants and shops. We had a couple of small maintenance issues, which were followed up on promptly.

We have stayed at this location twice now. It is perfect for us because it is right at the beach. You can go out on the balcony and listen to the water. It has been clean and plenty of supplies as described in the rental agreement. The master bed is uncomfortable though. An amazing place to be !

Destin on the Beach

We had a wonderful week in Destin with excellent weather. The unit was very convenient to the beach and some of our favorite restaurants. When we arrived the check-in process was very easy, however our A/C thermostat was not working until our 3rd day. Unit was very functional but the floor always felt gritty when walking barefoot. Lastly, the couch is not comfortable to sit on.

Unit 2084 has a great view from the open balcony of the beach and Gulf of Mexico and the unit is very nicely updated and the Owners come often to make sure the unit has everything a guest needs. We are very sorry about the a/c but glad that it was repaired and you were cool the rest of your stay. We will let the homeowner know you did not feel the couch was comfortable. I took my oldest granddaughter, boyfriend, 2 sisters and their mother in honor of Emily's graduation from High School. She did no get to have a graduation service or senior prom. We spent all but one day on the beach. We enjoyed the sights the other day. It was a wonderful trip. The condo was wonderful. That was the largest Kitchen I seen in a condo! The bathrooms were exceptionally nice. It was a lovely unit with a nice view. We had a great time.

We loved the beach and found customer service to be great. We did have a minor issue with washing machine but staff was quick to correct. Our primary concern was lack of visibility on the beach to watch children since the rental chairs dominated beach access. Otherwise, a great stay.

We were there for five days. Great location. Everything was clean and people in the office were friendly. Our problem was with the temp of this unit. It was too warm and we could not lower it. The garbage disposal was not working. Other than that we enjoyed our visit.

Thank you for your review. This has been an unusually hot summer with temperatures in the mid-90's and heat index in the 100's. Air Conditioners typically have a 15 to 20 degree split. A/C Unit was checked to make sure it was operating properly. The setting was 72 degrees and the unit was very comfortable. Very sorry to hear the garbage disposal was not working. We have maintenance on property and we could have had it fixed if we had known. Thanks again for your review and we hope you will come and visit Shoreline Towers again. Shoreline Towers Management.
