Had short 3 days for July 4th 2023. Unit was real nice and clean. Had a couple of issues and Sharon in the office took care of them immediately. I would recommend this town house.

Two senior males rented this unit for a place to stay while doing some deep sea fishing. The unit was very close to the harbor. The upkeep of the grounds and gate security was excellent. The unit itself was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the patio in the evening. I would suggest the owner purchase some additional kitchen glasses and silverware. We also were not able to get the bedroom tv’s to work. Overall we were very pleased with the townhouse unit and would definitely stay again. Also booking directly with Shoreline Towers worked well for us.

It was wonderful to be able to return to Destin after being unable to travel and visit others various destinations due to the pandemic. First trip of the year and It was fantastic! Loved our beautiful accommodations at this rental. Everything was in close walking distance. We enjoyed the pool, the beach and even had time to get in some exercising in the workout facility. Our townhouse backed up to a pond and everyday and night we sat out on the patio enjoying nature and watching the ducks. We definitely will be returning back to Shorleline and hope we will be able to get this same rental.

My husband and I last minute decided to get away for Labor Day weekend and Ashley was able to find us this townhouse. We've always stayed at shoreline towers with my family in the past but never stayed in a villa. It was so clean and nice and so private and close to the pool. We had a beautiful view of the lagoon area as we ate lunch on the patio. Very spacious for a family of 4-6. We would definitely stay there again!

Located within walking distance of the beach, the Shoreline Towers Townhome provided a beautiful view of the bay from the patio and master bedroom. Very spacious and well-designed interior! The condo had beach toys available for our 4-year-old grandson and chairs/floats for everyone else. It was a great home base for our family as we enjoyed the ocean, the pool, and sightseeing in Destin! If I could give a 10 star review, I would!

First off the ad said there was a king bed 2 queen beds and a standard bed. There was a king and 2 standard beds i think the couch was to make a bed but it did not since the furniture had been changed. since the ad only the couch was changed our grand daughter had to sleep on the couch or the floor. They only had 1 dish towel and dish cloth for a week. The ad showed a grill in the pic but there was only community grills which we did use. It was just the idea that it was pictured in the pictures on the internet.The town home was clean but no i would not stay there again. I would stay in your condos because they are easier to cool no stairs inside and they are stocked better. you should up date your ad and pictures I had also made arrangement for our grandson who is stationed with the navy in Miss to check in first since we had a 12 hour drive and security gave them a hard time. I guess they thought they were too young but they were down on paper to check in first. The lady we made reservations with was super nice. Thank you for that.

Since the pictures were taken the homeowner has removed the older grill and replaced the living room furniture. I am sorry about your grandson having a hard time checking in but glad the lady in the office was "super nice". I am puzzled about the kitchen towels because we have a basket on the counter where they put soaps, dish detergent, laundry detergent and four dish towels and dish cloths. I'll check into that. The manager was easy to work with. This was our 2nd time at Shoreline Towers and we intend to return.

Unfortunately when the temperature is 90+ and the heat index is 100+ it sometimes seems much hotter. We have a/c's checked each year and make sure they are in good working condition so they will be ready for our summer and winter seasons. The experience at Shoreline Towers was fine except for one maintenance issue. I had to report to the office on 3 consecutive days that the master bathroom toilet was not working before maintenance was sent to repair the toilet. I consider that to be unacceptable service for the 2nd week in November when few guests were on property.

We stayed in Townhome 8 over the 4th of July holiday. Pictures didn't do this place justice. Absolutely beautiful. I'm extremely picky about the cleanliness of a place, and this home was spotless from top to bottom. We all sleep with fans but unfortunately forgot ours. They had 5 extra just in case. The owners also had an extra full size blowup mattress, which we definitely needed. There were tons of extra sheets, blankets and throw blankets. It was fully furnished with everything we needed from a fully stocked kitchen, to linens, towels, washer & dryer, etc. It was a very quiet area with beach access on the property. We were within 1 mile of everything going on. A few within walking distance. It also had a place to park our boat. There isn't one bad thing I can say about Shoreline Towers! The quality down to the pricing was perfect! We will absolutely, 100% stay here again.
