The place was very nice and the view was great However I would recommend looking at the dinning chars as the were wobbly and I would rathe have a recliner in the livingroom and on chair on balcony need to be replace

Extremely enjoyable trip! My grandson, daughter and son in law came down to visit us. My 3 year old grandson played chase the ocean waves so his feet wouldn’t get wet. He laughed so hard he screamed. That was worth the price we paid. Everything went great, parking etc. Thank you so much!

Location was perfect. Condo was beautiful. Communication was terrible. After our stay I realized that I had left some prescription medication in the condo (master bath top drawer). I called and emailed numerous times and someone (Amanda I think) finally called me back. She told me that she would check the room and call me back. She never did. I called again and left a message vStill no call back.
As much as I liked the place I would not stay there again.

This was my first experience with a VRBO and I have nothing but good things to say. Any questions I had were answered quickly. Great location. The property, pools, and beach were very nice and clean. The view was spectacular!! The unit was nice, comfortable, and stocked with everything we could have needed. Was it dinged up a little? Yes. But did it impact our trip negatively? Absolutely not! The beds and furniture were all comfortable, everything worked. We would 100% stay here again and recommend it!!

Condo location is hard to beat! Next to everything that we needed and the view/location of the beach and pool was perfect for the 4 of us. Condo needs a little updating and could have been a little cleaner. The kitchen is not "gourmet" and needs several new utensils, silverware and pans/pots. I was only able to use small skillet that was there due to rust and old food on the others in the cabinet. Overall, good stay but could use some upkeep and some updated items throughout the unit

The condo was perfect. plenty of room for the 5 of us (2 adults and 3 kids). The building and grounds were so clean and well cared for - a luxury condo/building. covered garage parking with easy access to building and elevators. only 3 units per floor so wasn't busy or loud. balcony was big and floor to ceiling sliders (3 of them) made for amazing views. The only thing that bugged me was that you could not get in the until until exactly 4pm. even tho the place was ready we literally had to stand outside the door and wait until 4:00pm when the key pad was activated to allow us to go in. and if we were not there by 4:30 (so between 4-4:30 - we would have gone to another location to be let in). It all worked out because we were there b4 4pm but was just annoying that the place was ready and we just had to stand on other side of door to wait until 4pm. Other than that no complaints. We would definitely return if/when we are back in the area.

Great condo! We really enjoyed staying in this condo. The views are amazing. The condo was clean and comfortable. The parking garage was very nice and close to the elevators. Very easy access to pool and beaches. A few things that could use some improvement are. The kitchen sink does not work properly and some of the kitchen utensils pots and pans are not in good condition. Very minor issues that were not a big deal. Overall this condo was great!
