Great Relaxing New Years

Overall Comment
My family decided to take a quick getaway for New Years and this property was absolutely perfect! The location was great, the property was quiet and accessible. Not to mention the awesome views of the Gulf and the Sunsets. We also had a great view of the firework shows in Destin Harbor. Other than the one small hiccup when the curtain in the kitchen fell on my wife as she was making coffee, we had a great experience and We plan to return next year!

good and quiet but there still an old carpet left in the back balcony and the front door code was locked at 9 o'clock and the check out time is 10am other then that everything is smooth

Condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Overall, in great working order. Somewhat convenient access to pool and beach. Views are primarily of downtown Dustin and the airport, although you can see the ocean from the outside deck. There is some noise from planes passing by and nearby Highway 98, but otherwise very peaceful surroundings.
