Overall Comment
Absolutely wonderful condo. Clean and pretty. We felt right at home.
Location in relation to the beach and the pool is fantastic. Property management company is easy to work with and very responsive. Only change we’d suggest is reserved parking. We found it frustrating at times to not be able to have space near the condo.

Silver Shells is always a great choice, property is great no problems at all except #202 does not come with a parking spot and it’s a long walk from the public lot next door. I will stay at Silver shells every year but a different unit.

Overall Comment
Our condo unit was conveniently located and was very secure which was nice. The unit itself could use a deep cleaning and some attention but overall was a good place to stay for the week. The only minor hiccups we had was with check-in. The key card to be able to get into the unit was not where the property rental company said it would be so that caused some delays upon arrival to the property rental building. Additionally, beach chairs were not included with the rental through Destiny Beach Properties and other units through Silver Shells include beach chair rentals in the rental stay. So next time, if we choose Solver Shells again, we will look to rent through a different property management company.
