Overall Comment
Unit #1106 (penthouse) met my family of 10 expectations. I was a bit concerned staying across the street from the beach but this view was remarkable and we never felt the “street” experience once. The property was very nice! One huge negative was only 1 elevator. There are 2 on site but one was broke our entire trip. However, this would NOT keep us from booking again in the future!

Ph6 was a great choice for our group of 7 with room to soarer. With the four bedrooms and 3 baths, it made for spacious living for each couple and one individual. Very nicely decorated and a great view from the top floor, along with a well stocked kitchen area made this a great choice. Would surely recommend to anyone looking for a great place to enjoy some time in Destin near the beach!

Family Vacation 2022

My husband and I rented this condo with our daughter, her husband, their baby and our 2 nephews for a week. The condo was beautiful, plenty of room, clean and in a great location. The booking, checking in and checking out process was easy and fast. If you have a large group going this is the idea condo. Hope to be back soon!!

We had a fabulous time in Destin and this complex had a lot to do with that. Our unit was clean and spacious. The property is well maintained and we rarely had to wait long for an elevator. The walk to the beach and surrounding restaurants/activities was effortless.

Sterling Shores Penthouse

Our family vacation in mid June at Sterling Shores Penthouse was wonderful. The keyless entry went perfectly, the 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit was very clean, updated, well furnished, and very roomy for an active family reunion of 9. Frangista checked in prior to our trip with reminders both online and with a phone call. A check in call also came later in the week to see that all went well. This location is perfect with a large lagoon pool and a smaller, quiet pool beachside. Hot food and beverages were available for purchase at the beachside pool. The grounds are very scenic and well maintained. The short walk to the private beach was very manageable, even with young children. With the Back Porch restaurant right across the street, we frequently just walked to lunch or dinner. This location and amenities made for a wonderful vacation.
