This condo was nicer and way more equipped than expected. They had everything for a functioning kitchen and provided basic amenities like a hotel would. I loved that there was a dryer so we could dry swim towels between swims. We were so impressed that we are already trying to book our next trip back!

Very enjoyable. The The only problem I had was finding the property. My GPS kept leading me to the wrong location. After I left a message with the property manager, she returned my call in about 10 minutes and helped me find it. The same thing happened before with other guests so apparently there is an issue with Google that needs to be resolved. Other than that it was fabulous.

The complex is conveniently located to the beach, Back Porch restaurant, and a central location within Destin. There was some moldy spots around the air vents, and the balcony furniture was very worn. If you need a descent priced location in the middle of Destin, this is an okay option.

- This condo needs some easy fixes.
- Damaged front door on the inside
- No smart TV / no streaming apps
- All rugs need to be replaced
- Main bed is not comfortable

Upon arrival the gated features are nice. The pool was very well maintained, and the beach chair rental guys were great. The location is top notch.
The condo itself is fine. Several reviews point to the living area rug and furniture and I 100% agree. It shouldn’t take much to listen to customers and either don’t keep the dingy area rug there and to also to get furniture that won’t dirty/stain as well. I mean even faux leather would be a huge upgrade and much easier to maintain.
Finally, the communication was a bit odd with the property company. A few days before leaving I asked a question that went unanswered on VRBO. When I finally reached someone I was told “the guy that does this had to go out of town.” While I certainly understand things come up ... how can one person be the only one reviewing questions on the platform? The lady was nice, however, and did answer my inquiry.
All in all ... it met expectations but could be better with a few adjustments and attention to detail with the mngt co.

Condo was very clean. Only complaints was the pillows are very flat and worn and the sofa bed only had a flat sheet for coverage and no extra blankets in the condo. Would have liked to know this prior to coming so we could have brought additional.

The condo was beautiful and very well decorated! There was some scuffing on the walls but that wasn’t a big deal. The cooking utensils could use an upgrade and the front of the cabinets were peeling. I would stay again for sure and the view was amazing. However if the walkways and hallways to the resort got wet they stayed wet and no one ever put wet floor signs out and it was very dangerous when wet.

My husband, mother in law and myself stayed in this lovely condo. One of the cleanest properties we have ever used. The resort itself was impeccably maintained and the staff was so nice. We ate at the Back Porch, enjoyed many of the amenities of the property including the pool. I will definitely stay again onsite. The beds all slept comfortably. If there would be anything, I would recommend a grab bar for master bath as the tub is high entry and that the sofa be covered to protect it from high traffic use to maintain it's life. Everything was above and beyond amazing!

Exceptionally clean.Updated.kitchen well stocked.furniture comfortable.Heated oceanfront pool was saving grace as we had cold temps. Kids loved it. We want to stay in THIS condo every year. Convenient location for families. We attended the track, candymaker, and back porch restaurant. Awesome. DONT try joes crab shack. We had no problems, no complaints whatsoever. never even needed management of any kind. home away from home for sure

We had an awesome vacation and loved the condo. The condo itself is in an amazing location. We enjoyed being able to walk to The Back Porch and The Candymaker, as well as the beach. The condo was very clean and well taken care of. The only issue we had with a sink they sent someone over right away to fix. Everyone at Destiny Beach Properties went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend them and this condo, and I will definitely rent through them again.

We had a wonderful vacation. This unit was SO CLEAN, cleaner than any other rental we have had in the past 10 years. The unit had everything we needed. The only issue I can think of is that the guest room beds were not comfortable. None of my daughters slept well, and even tried the couch, so that is the only reason we would not book this unit again. But everything else was perfect. This property is so well maintained. They cleaned the pool area every day. We loved the heated pool...perfect temperature! Also, elevators were fast, we never had to wait very long at all. I suggest parking on the far right hand side of the property and using the elevator on that end. It is super close to the unit.

The rental experience was great. No issues at all. The main complaint we had was regarding the beach situation. You basically had to rent chairs and hope you get a good location. You can not put your beach chairs in the water unless your rental chairs were behind you.
