Great Family Vacation

We loved everything about this rental. With 3 kids it was right beside the pool, close to the beach and we could walk to stores and restaurants without any of them complaining about how far it was. Everything was so close and convenient! The townhouse was more than what I imagined. When we walked in it was inviting, clean and exactly what we needed. I had a problem finding which was totally my fault and the company was quick to answer my call and was so friendly and helpful. I would book this over and over again.

The location was great. So close to everything. The floors were not clean. Prior to the trip the property management was great. They communicate with me outside of VRBO because VRBO was having issues. Once we were there we had issues with the internet. We emailed and called a few times. They never got back with us.

Close to Beach / Good Family Condo

We've stayed in the same condo complex in the past, and this location met our expectations. Kitchen was well-stocked and there were plenty of towels. The condo was spacious enough for our family (2 adults; 2 kids -- pre-teen and teenager). We look at VRBO rentals as if we were staying at a relative's place. In other words, every place will have issues, but you wouldn't necessarily grumble about them to your aunt/cousin, etc. The sliding door at the back was unlocked at our arrival (guess uncle George forgot to put the stick in the slider again!). There was a very large cockroach in one of the upstairs bedrooms when we arrived and another on the kitchen counter the day we left. (Guess cousin Joe forgot to have the place sprayed recently!) Dishwasher had been run but the soap hadn't dissolved, etc. If you look past such things or convince yourself they're just part of visiting this area of Florida, you'll be much happier (I'd read reviews about the cockroaches, so was prepared to be flexible and ignore them). The location is great, and we'd likely stay here again if only because it's so convenient to the beach and the Winn-Dixie. Overall, we really enjoyed our visit! Oh, and there was a welcome gift waiting for us on arrival, so that was very sweet.

I cant sleep unless there is a locked door. Like all entry doors locked. The sliding glass door didn't have any way to secure shut. Other than that, totally happy.

Comfortable Condo near the beach

We had a week long stay for our daughter's graduation from high school. She and her friend loved the possibilities that they could do almost anything they wanted by walking or using the bikes provided at the condo. We will be back!

This condo was fabulous. It was clean and comfortable. The description and pictures were accurate. The condo is right by the pool and a short drive to a private beach that was never too crowded. The internet worked great. Miramar beach is a great place to vacation, only 20 minute drive to downtown destin (in May).

They stay was wonderful. I’m so glad it had to bikes my two daughters loved going on rides but the only thing I did not like was Not being able to watch live tv other than that we had a good time .

Beach trip with Friends!

Lovely quaint multi-unit homes tucked in around a marsh only a short walk to the beach. We were right next to the pool, but it was not a busy weekend and hardly saw anyone else on the property. The home was very well furnished, 2 large bedrooms and full baths upstairs, and a nice sized living/dining and kitchen area downstairs with a 1/2 bath. Our two groups of friends took the upstairs bedrooms and we brought a airmattress for downstairs. They had twin foldaway beds, but we didn't try them. Kitchen was nice, plenty of pots and pans, my only complaint is that the fridge would get stuck almost closed, so you had to remember to push it firmly closed. As for the living area, it was really nice and we enjoyed it. My husband did have to fix the internet though... the cable line was not hooked up to the modem and thus the wifi didn't work. We didn't try the TV service because we brought our Apple TV, however we did discover that the sound bar didn't work right. (Husband is an AV engineer and he tried everything). All in all though, these were minor issues because we weren't there to watch TV much, we just wanted somewhere nice to stay near the beach. And oh, the private beach access (with a parking lot, but only a short walk) was awesome. Of course we weren't the only ones on the beach, but it was far from crowded and felt like our own little slice of heaven. Would definitely recommend this place, and if a unit ever comes up for sale, I would strongly consider it!!

We had a lot of fun for sure! It was very conveniently located but still very private! The only complaints were the lack of paper towels and trash bags. We felt extra of those definitely should've been provided. The internet also did not work at all. I had some work to get finished and I had to go to a restaurant to do it.

We experienced a clean condo with everything working. That said, there was no cable tv. Roku only. Having rented through Homeaway several times over the years, we are used to having beach towels in the condo, salt and pepper, spices, sometimes cooking items. There were none of these. It was very disappointing. The throw for the couch had several holes in it.
