The location and view from the unit are very good. Complex has good amenities on site - bar, restaurant and coffee shop. The unit itself needs updating and had maintenance issues when we arrived. Examples- sliding door shades partially off of track, dining area light not working, door lock to unit stopped working 1 day after we arrived. All got fixed but took time communicating with management company to resolve. Unit needs general updating.

The condo and grounds are exactly as stated and the pictures are accurate. The unit was clean, I would not say spotless. Plenty of room and relaxing balconies. The unit did not have any spices, baggies, etc in the kitchen, just the basics. There are some beach chairs and supplies in the closet. The shuttle runs every hour to the beach but is an easy 10 minute walk across the street. The back porch and Walmart are walkable as well for groceries and food. Process was easy coming and going for reservations. The palms restaurant downstairs actually has decent food and drinks with some entertainment on certain nights. The pool is pretty and some fire pits for night time. You will enjoy your stay!

The location of this resort is perfect. The weather was cooler than other spring breaks, but the hot tub was amazing! There’s everything on site that a vacationer might want or need. I did have to contact guest services because the kitchen floor in this particular property was filthy. The guest services manager did offer to have the housekeeper come back to clean, but we denied it.
Besides the disgusting floors, the condo was very nice and looked just like the pictures - and the balcony view is perfect!! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Overall it was a nice vacation.

Our stay was good. The rental property was very nice and clean. The first day we had a toilet problem but we called maintenance and they were on top of it. No more problems. We had to cut the vacation short a day early due to the hurricane heading to our home in Georgia.

Overall a great experience the place was nice and employees were nice I do wish they had better knowledge of the shuttle bus service my room was nice I did notice a little black mold by the window in master bathroom and by patio door in second bathroom and the dishwasher was loose other than that it was very nice we’ll definitely be back

The property was better than expected; the linens and décor has been updated some and overall the property was clean, sound-proof, and easily accessible. We loved the hot tub, the kids pool area, the large lagoon like pool, and the ease of everything.

Couples' Retreat!

This condo was perfect for us! The king sized beds were amazing and the kitchen was the perfect size for us to cook meals in. The balcony over the pool was so enjoyable in the evenings. The only two things I'd change is it being so far from the beach (the shuttle people are wonderful, can be a bit of a ride to get there), and there could be just a little more seating in the living room. Other than that, it was perfect!

Upon arrival the master bedroom tv would not work, the next day the pull out couch broke so we had to have two sleep on the floor. The tv in the other bedroom had sound but no picture. The bed in the master bedroom was hard & uncomfortable. There were large roaches crawling around everywhere at the condo entrance. I was contacted multiple times daily by the property mgr trying to work out a resolution, coordinating times for a new couch delivery, etc. The interruptions were very disruptive.
