We had a great time at this condo. The location is great. The beach and pools were nice, but cold. Tops'l could use some TLC, but condo is lovely.

If we ever return to Destin area we will stay at this condo again. The resort complex is awesome and my kids enjoyed all of the amenities that the condo had to offer. The owners storage room with extra supplies is a huge bonus and we left a few boogie boards as a pay it forward for any future guests. Condo spacious. The balcony was great and the furniture on the balcony is nice quality as other balconies in her super cheap furniture. The view is nice even though it's partially blocked with the building we still never felt like the building was too much to have in the partial view. The height on the six floor is just enough for those not wanting to go tonight. It's right next to the trash chute so you don't have to walk across the entire building.They were three elevators so you're never standing waiting for an elevator very long. If you like to play tennis or pickle ball this is a great place to go all the supplies are provided. The only downside is the location of the resort is if you wanted to go to let's say Harbor Village it's on the other side but hopefully the construction will end soon.
