Welcome to Tuscan Charm, a 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bath home with 2274 sq ft of casual elegance in a private gated community.

Overall Comment

Our stay in Miramar Beach was absolutely perfect for a family getaway, especially with kids. The house itself was spacious, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully set up for families. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and the layout made it easy to keep an eye on the kids while still relaxing.
One of the biggest highlights was the location. The private beach access was just a short, easy walk away.
The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, which gave us peace of mind letting the kids play and explore. The home was well-stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to beach gear, making it truly feel like a home away from home.

The Most Charming Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Tuscan Charm. It was the perfect amount of space for two families with children. The house was spotless and well equipped with everything you could need. The balcony overlooking the pool was our favorite spot to enjoy a meal. The walk to the beach was super easy, and the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella through the rental company made it so easy to set up at the beach. The Surf Hut and Austons on 98 were two great restaurants that were an easy walk from the house. The communication was great with the rental company. We would definitely book another stay here!
